Published on the occasion of Hreinn Friðfinnsson's solo exhibition at the Domaine de Kerguéhennec, Centre d'art contemporain, Bignan, France, 7 April – 2 June 2002, curated by Frédéric Paul. Bringing together works spanning three decades, from the early conceptual pieces of the 1970s to new work made in the early 2000s, the exhibition marked one of the most comprehensive presentations of Friðfinnsson's practice in France. The Domaine de Kerguéhennec had maintained a long relationship with the artist through the FRAC Bretagne collection, and this exhibition deepened that connection, later leading to the permanent installation of Second House in the park in 2007–08.
